(More customer reviews)I just used this mix for the first time and found it to be delicious. I made it with white chocolate chips, so it was a little sweeter than I usually like. The texture was very light with a crusty top. I plan to purchase more of this mix in the future and want to try it with different flavorings.

(More customer reviews)We've tried many Martha White corn bread mixes and I really like the product. This one has a funny undertaste, can't explain it, it almost tastes like molasses. I think we'll pass on this one. Oh and one more thing; the expiration date is August of this year.

(More customer reviews)We've tried both the Udi's Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins and the Lemon Muffins. The muffins are amazing. The only negative I can come up with for this product is the amount of sugar used on the topping. Other than that, this is the only muffin product I would buy. We did try some other brands and they were absolutely horrible!! If you're on a gluten free diet, give these a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Leave them in the freezer and take one out as needed. WONDERFUL!!

(More customer reviews)I wish I could rate this higher, but they are pretty tasteless. You need to be really desperate for a muffin to eat one of these. They are so light as air, it is almost like you didn't have the muffin at all. The manufacturer needs to add more banana flavouring at least. REally not worth the high item cost and the shipping cost.

(More customer reviews)I normally bake from scratch, so that could be part of my dissatisfaction, but I thought the muffins tasted like bisquick (Which we stopped using years ago when we learned to make pancakes and waffles from scratch) . It was easy to tell they came from a mix and not from scratch because of this. I used whole milk (like the directions called for) and will not be buying this product again. They taste OK, but not great. Convenient, sure, but you get out of it what you put in to it.
