Whether you're interested in wholesome eating using ingredients such as wheat flours and honey, or if you're just looking for great muffins, nut breads, etc., this book covers it all. I've received rave reviews of my Banana Bread and all of my muffins thanks to this book. The authors provide a 'Quick Mix' recipe for ease in making recipes often.
