(More customer reviews)There's a recipe for pancakes on the back of all the muffin mixes. Personally, I don't like real fruit in/on my pancakes, so this is perfect. It's also a small portion, 5-8 pancakes, depending on how big you make them. This is perfect for me during the week; I make one batch, refrigerate, and I have fresh, non-frozen pancakes for about 3 breakfasts.
I did notice the recipe on the back can be a little runny if followed exactly, so a little flour may need to be added to the mix to thicken it up or a little less milk than recommended.
