When your garden is overflowing with a bounty of zucchini you can't bear to waste, this is the book you need! It had some very interesting and creative recipes. Some were excellent, some merely good or so-so, all were fairly easy. I thought I had tried zucchini every way there was to try, but this book taught this old mare a few new tricks! The price of the book wasn't too bad either, with the 4 for 3 promotion. A nice addition to my veggie cookbook collection.
