I spent a lot of time reviewing these workout/food logs available, and this particular log has most of a day's resource dedicated to workouts, but has room for your: Breakfast, snacks, Lunch, snacks, Dinner, snacks section, with all the kcals & macromolecule amounts. One the side it has a helpful reminder of water servings you should be getting with 8 little checkboxes to mark.
There's also a section on the margins to check which muscle groups you worked out in that day. And to top if off, on the upper corners of the pages if you meet your goal, there is a section to put your "I did it!" sticker (found near the front of the book) to mark that you were successful for your day.
To be honest the sticker looks really neat, and it provides a bit of motivation to try to meet my goals...not trying to be cheesy.
Finally, also included is a Pocket-to-go log you can keep in your back pocket to record everything. And a foldable weight-chart is included. Seriously, this is a thorough and well designed log. 5/5 easily.
