(More customer reviews)I purchased this book because I was looking for a quick reference calorie guide. I recently started keeping a food journal and needed something I could carry around in my purse. The book is useless, it only includes calorie counts for prepackaged food. Why would I want that? Prepackaged food already has the calorie counts on the packages. I would use the Calorie King book. Infinitely better and more compact.
