(More customer reviews)This is a cute little breakfast book and fantastic deal for the money. One of the nice things about this book is that there is a close-up photo for each recipe. This really helps with presentation sometimes. The recipes are all simple to make and rarely require hard-to-find ingredients.
I'm a big egg person so enjoyed many of these recipes such as Eggs Baked in Pancetta Cups and Provencal-Style Baked Eggs. And they have all the standard egg dishes too such as Scrambles, Omelets, , Frittatas, Benedicts, Huevos Rancheros, and Quiches, but each with nice new twist (e.g., Lobster with your Benes). There are also great tips on the basics of making omelets, poaching eggs, etc.
There are chapters with recipes for scones, muffins, coffee cake, granola, french toast, pancakes, fruit dishes, drinks, etc. And there even is a chapter on side dishes to accompany the main courses. I recently tried the Breakfast Corn Fritters, which is a variation on the pancakes and just loved them. It really is a complete breakfast book worth owning if you're a big breakfast fan like me.
