(More customer reviews)This is an excellant beginners Dutch Oven Cookbook. This book fits inside my dutch oven and I take it with me camping. I had no problem with the cooking temperatures or times given in the book. Excellant advice and some very good recipes for a beginner. Every fire is different and every Dutch Oven cooking experience is different. This book will help keep the disasters to a minimum.
