Arthritis affects millions of people every day, in the form of gout, osteoarthritis, and the most common form known as rheumatoid arthritis. JoAnna M. Lund has written a series of "Healthy Exchanges" of which one is The Arthritis healthy Exchange Cookbook published Perigee Book a division of Berkley Publishing Group.
