(More customer reviews)I am always looking for healthy but delicious recipes. I have a lot of cookbooks but I find myself turning to this cook book more and more for recipes and inspiration. I have found few cook books that include as many fruits and vegetables into the recipes as The Healthy Palate. The recipes are not only delicious but also easy to make - important for a working mother of two. The cherry glazed chicken and scallops with cabbage are delicious. The curry sauce from the broccoli with curry sauce is super tasty. The carrot salad is perfect if you are looking for a crunchy, tangy summer salad. Even the desserts are delicious. The ricotta cake with berries is amazing. Kids (and adults) will love the oatmeal, carrot and raisin cookies. Highly recommended!
