Unlike most cookbooks in the "quick & easy" category, these recipes are good enough to serve to company! Each recipe specifies servings, calories, preparation and cooking time. Each is accompanied by suggestions for accompaniments and variations that are superb. The introduction to the cookbook covers how to switch to a lighter diet and what cooking utensils and larder items you should have on hand. I've given this cookbook to my mother, my sister and friends, all of whom LOVE the cookbook. NEED I SAY MORE?
