(More customer reviews)This book really changed my life. It is written in more of a casual format, but its content is very good. It contains a great deal of diet guidelines, as well as a number of very good vegan whole-natural-food recipies. I own a number of vegan cookbooks but this is the one that I go to 90% of the time. In addition, following this book, I've lost about 50 pounds!
