(More customer reviews)This is one terrific cookbook. The recipes work, i.e., they are easy to make, taste great, and don't require wierd ingredients. All the nutrition numbers are there, but you always have to watch portions if you want to keep the weight off. No cookbook is magic, but this one has yet to disappoint. If ever you find yourself sitting there with a couple of chicken breasts or a piece of fish, this book will help you by providing a quick, simple, tasty way to fix them. My husband is not dieting and he's enjoyed every single thing I've made from this book. This book has quality as well as quantity of recipes. I just love it.
