Its 30 weeks long and its really nice being spiral binding, so you can lay flat on the kitchen counter (as I do). The only down side I see so far, is there are not enough "I did it stickers"...there are 91 stickers and 210 days in the journal. I hope I meet my goals more than 91/210 days. And I wonder if I am going to run out of lines each day, as I eat lots of smaller meals/snacks vs just 3 squares a day.
I will update my review after a few weeks of using this...
