(More customer reviews)I love the taste of nutritional yeast so I was excited to get this cookbook. Its written by Red Star, the makers of one brand one nutritional yeast, so be prepared to see their name plastered throughout the book. The recipes in here are vegan - even in recipes like the mushroom soup where tofu sour cream is used. Its really good too. There are recipes for sauces (including cheez sauces), aioli, "pate", pesto, soups, salads, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. The popcorn recipe with the yeast flakes is a real hit in our house too. Excellent book to help get a lot more use out of the yeast flakes.
