I have been baking bread by hand for several years now and have thouroughly enjoyed it, but this book has helped me to stretch beyond the recipe and try some new things. In the past 2 weeks, I think I have made 7 recipes out of this book. I just can't seem to stop. The Bulgur Oatmeal bread, I think, is the best bread I have ever tasted. Absolutely AMAZING! I also made the Sesame Burger Buns, Whole Wheat Long Rolls, Vienna Bread, Pain Campagne and Farm-Style White Bread with Cardamom. I have probably 200 cookbooks and this is my new favorite! A must read!

(More customer reviews)Absolutely delicious and so easy to prepare! Just add eggs, milk, and vegetable oil. You can use your bread machine if you put it on the "Quick Bake" cycle. It comes out of the pan easily and intact with a crusty exterior/moist interior, and maybe just a hint of sweetness. As for the jalapenos, we don't find them to be hot, but they do add a little zest. We usually enjoy this with a nice hot soup on a cold day.

(More customer reviews)These brownies bake up very nicely. I would call their consistency "cake like". However my husband called them Healthy Brownies. He said he could taste the flax seed. I tend to agree. In my opinion, if I'm going to eat chocolate, I don't want it to have that "healthy" taste. On the other hand I love the Blueberry Muffins that Hodgson Mill makes.

(More customer reviews)I just ordered a case of this mix and a Muffin Magic appliance from Amazon. I had them delivered to my job since I'm not home during the day to accept deliveries. In just a few minutes I had the Muffin Magic plugged in and the Whole Wheat Wild Blueberry muffin mix prepared. This box, which says it makes 8 muffins, made 6 muffins in the appliance.
Everyone loved them. They're not overly sweet, but sweet enough so they can be eaten plain. They would probably be excellent toasted with maybe a little butter and/or jam, but they didn't last long enough to find out. Everyone ate them warm, right out of the Muffin magic machine.

Fiber One Blueberry Muffin Mix, 15.3-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4) Review

(More customer reviews)I bought these from Sam's Club and could not wait to make them. They are very easy to make. You do not need to drain blueberry as there are none. There are little purple pellets in the mix. These taste like the blue dots in Eggo blueberry waffles.

The muffins baked nicely and smell wonderful. The taste is not bad. My kids loved them. I just miss the taste of real blueberries. These are good to keep on hand for a quick fix if you can add some real berries.
