(More customer reviews)Warming this up in the microwave and eating with your morning coffee feels like you are sitting in a bakery. The banana nut smell doesn't disappoint. There is no fiber "cardboard" taste to it like a lot of other high fiber breakfast items have. No aftertaste. I was initially disappointed by the small size, but it is dense and as filling as an air filled bakery muffin. And the nuts stay cruncy, giving a nice texture. Yum!

(More customer reviews)Be advised - these need to be stored in the freezer! If you do not they will get dry and moldy. You can take them right from the freezer and pop'm in the micro for 30 seconds. When you heat them up all the choco chips melt and make for a moist and delicious chocolate treat! Plus they are only 1 point on WW and delicious enough that your kids will love them too. The nutritional value makes them well worth the cost! Enjoy!

(More customer reviews)I've made these brownies several times and they are awesome :) Are they sweet like a sugar laden brownie? No, they are more like the other vitamuffins in flavor as in they are not super sweet. I like them because they are good and full of nutrition while helping me stay on track with my diet. I would recommend getting the mixes, whether its the brownie mix or the muffin mix because they are *Significantly* cheaper that way. I can't afford anything from Vitalicious unless it's the mixes. Their prices are crazy high for my budget.
I will buy these again and again.

I make whoopie pies by cutting one in half and mixing fat free whipped topping with strawberry yogurt. Another recipe I like is using fat free whipped topping with a teaspoon of peanut butter mixed together. I got these recipes from the cookbook Hungry Girl's 200 Hundred under 200! My kids love these whoopie pies too!

(More customer reviews)I had tried these from a health store and I was not impressed but they are so filling and hey kicked my sweet tooth that I sacrificed taste. I decided to stock up on some nosh items for exam week and I chose this big box.
First off...the ones from the factory are A BILLION times better than the ones I bought off the refrigerator shelf in the health store...I took one bite and I was sooo impressed i had to call family members. I think the difference is that the store did not store them as directed,simply refrigerating them when they are to be FROZEN immediately!!!
trust me....i think it makes all the difference between a moist delicious treat and a dry fibrous diet cake.

(More customer reviews)These muffins are the best! I, too, was paying +$5.00 for 4 muffin tops at the store and was thrilled when I found them on Amazon.com. Like the previous review, I thought the temperature was too high for baking, so I bake them at 325 degrees. I use 3/4 c. liquid egg substitute for the 3 egg whites, put 7 chocolate chips on each muffin top (I use Vitalicious silicone muffin top pans), and bake them about 20 - 22 minutes. With the Super Saver Shipping option, stock up...I did!
