They were too dense, or they were only good for an hour or so while they were fresh, but this cake mix is wonderful. The cupcakes I made were tasty, light and fluffy, and they stayed good for days. This is just as good as any gluten-ized cake mix. My friends couldn't even tell the difference. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling to find a tasty GF cake.

(More customer reviews)It is hard to find a real good gluten-free bread. This one is great and only needs to be frozen AFTER it is opened. So you can shelve it until then. I also like the white bread that they make but didn't find it here on Amazon. After it has been frozen, we can toast it or defrost it for less than a minute in the microwave before making a sandwich. This bread is a winner for Celiacs.

(More customer reviews)I bought one box of this pancake and waffle mix and couldn't remember where I had gotten it! I really liked it...better than some other GF mixes I'd tried. I was pleased to find it available on Amazon! I have just ordered a case (four boxes) and signed up for the subscribe and save program which makes the price of this item better than I've seen anywhere! I usually bake from scratch, and, as you might see in other reviews I've written, I've been disappointed in gluten free mixes. However, this mix makes pancakes and waffles a snap...and it really tastes good! I also made the pineapple cake recipe on the back of the box and got rave reviews! It was really delicious and really easy. I make a lot of pancakes because my hubby loves to take PBJ's in his lunch and I don't always have the time to bake bread for his sandwiches. One time, when I had some pancakes left over from our breakfast, I made PBJ's using the pancakes instead of bread. He dubbed them "panwiches" and loves them. I cook up a bunch of pancakes, let them cool, make the sandwiches, and then freeze them in baggies for an easy grab and go lunch box item! Unlike breads, cooking them up takes little time, so, whenever I run out I know I can fix up some "panwiches" quickly! Oh, and I often put a glob of peanut butter in the batter (beat till smooth) to add even more to the flavor! I put butter and the Walden Farms Sugar Free Syrup on my pancakes. Sometimes, I'll use Splenda, almonds and cinnamon in the mix or Splenda with a cut up Godiva Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Bar. It's amazing that I get to eat these yummy low-carb pancakes and still lose weight at the end of the week :o)

(More customer reviews)We LOVE the new gluten free Bisquick! I used to for cheddar biscuits mostly until we found out that we had a milk protein intolerance. Now, we are using this to make so many more recipes because it is dairy free and from what I can tell allergen free. The only thing I would like better (General Mills-if you are listening-I know I am not the only one that wants this) is if it came in bulk packaging. Just put the GF Bisquick in a larger box like the regular Bisquick and then sell in a 3 or 6 pack. Just mark that this review was helpful if you agree and maybe GM will listen! LOVE THIS-ORDER NOW!!

(More customer reviews)My daughter has celiac (a complete inability to eat any wheat, rye, barley, and in her case oatmeal, or any of their starches or glutens). Pamela's baking and pancake mix is a real heaven-sent product. It tastes good! Unlike some other baking mixes I have tried. It is easy to alter "normal" recipes using Pamela's mix to have great tasting baked products. The bag has good recipes and Pamela's products website has additional ones. I would recommend this product to anyone, especially those who don't want to take the time to mix their own grains or want to keep it on hand for when celiac family or friends come to visit and you would like to provide a delicious, easy to make treat.
