I often add extra ingrediants (because I like to do that with mixes) but even straight, the flavor is excellent. The 12-pack is a great value, too, because these muffins often sell for $4 a box at the grocery store.

(More customer reviews)Warming this up in the microwave and eating with your morning coffee feels like you are sitting in a bakery. The banana nut smell doesn't disappoint. There is no fiber "cardboard" taste to it like a lot of other high fiber breakfast items have. No aftertaste. I was initially disappointed by the small size, but it is dense and as filling as an air filled bakery muffin. And the nuts stay cruncy, giving a nice texture. Yum!

To me the muffins came out a little dry, but tasted great and the people I shared them with said they were good too. I will, more than likely, purchase Marth White Muffin Mix in the future. The muffin mix came at an excellent price and I can't complain.

(More customer reviews)Be advised - these need to be stored in the freezer! If you do not they will get dry and moldy. You can take them right from the freezer and pop'm in the micro for 30 seconds. When you heat them up all the choco chips melt and make for a moist and delicious chocolate treat! Plus they are only 1 point on WW and delicious enough that your kids will love them too. The nutritional value makes them well worth the cost! Enjoy!

Miracle Muffins Mix - Banana - Make 12/36 muffins - Splenda Review

(More customer reviews)These muffins are delicious, nutritious, and (best for me) very easy to make! Banana was not overly sweet and didn't have that "fake" banana taste.
They are choc-full of all those really healthy ingredients that should not taste good together, but they do. They may *seem* pricey, but I've tried creating muffin-like-thingees like this on my own and it wasn't cheap. And it wasn't easy. And they didn't taste this good.
I'll be the first to admit they don't taste like the muffins grandma made. But these won't contribute to heart disease, diabetes, and obesity, either.
These are very filling and can hold you as well as a meal in a pinch. Very fiberfilled! Since we are on a diet, we take them on trips to curb those crazy eating habits away from home.
I've tried both the Splenda & the Xylitol versions and they are equally good. Splenda is sweeter but Xylitol is slightly more moist.
Be sure to let the wet dough "rest" for 10 minutes per the instructions. I suspect this may be the reason one of the other reviewers reported that his muffins were hard as rocks.
