It goes great with things like apples or peaches, cinnamon, walnuts, etc. It works best mixed with other GF flours. It can be a little strong on its own. I like the 6-month subscription plan. It almost makes it affordable.

(More customer reviews)I buy this flour for our younger son who is on Glutet-free/Casein-free diet but all family enjoy teff pancakes.
Recipe cannot be easier:
- 3 large eggs,
- 2 tbs of fructose or honey (can be substituted with sugar),
- 4 cups of spring water,
- 2 + (1/4) cup of teff flour,
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda + 2 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice (you can add this mix at the end as a multi-purpose rising agent for any baking).
Usually I use two 10" frying pans at once to make flat pancakes as fast as possible.

(More customer reviews)I use oat bran both as a hot cereal and in baking. Bob's Red Mill Organic Oat Bran Cereal is delicious as a hot cereal (especially when cooked in milk rather than water) and ordering it online from Amazon is cheaper than buying Quaker Oat Bran in my local supermarket (if I buy it with enough other stuff in my order to qualify for Super Saver Shipping). However, if you are using it for baking you should be aware that it is not as finely ground as Quaker's. Sometimes this has an effect on the texture of your baked goods and sometimes it doesn't. It depends on the recipe. I definitely prefer it to Quaker's as a hot cereal because it has more texture.

(More customer reviews)I love all of the Vitalicious chocolate products I've tried so far - the deep chocolate Vita Muffins, the Vita Brownies, and now these Fudgy Peanut Butter Vita Tops. They're delicious and satisying and do make for a small but filling snack. I highly recommend them. I tried the banana nut and one of the bran (cran-bran, maybe - can't remember) Vita Muffins and didn't care for them at all. However, the chocolate products are fantastic! Don't compare them to traditional, fatty muffins and brownies, though, or you will be disappointed. They're still very tasty in their own right, and I used them as a nice end of day treat.
